We process inquiries to answer questions and make arrangements for Velikhan Music Academy services. Separately, we use analytics and advertising measurement to understand website visits and the effectiveness of our advertising.

Analytics in this browser

You can check the current status and change your choice in analytics settings. Declining does not prevent you from using the form or contacting the academy.

Checking this browser’s analytics settings…

Inquiry form

The form lets you provide your name, contact details, your chosen service or lesson type, and a short message. This information is processed through Vercel and delivered to the academy’s working Telegram chat so we can respond and continue discussing your inquiry. We may also use a Google Sheets log to manage inquiries. Only authorised members of the academy team have access to them.

An inquiry may include the page address, referral source, campaign tags and an advertising click identifier. These help us understand where the inquiry came from. This information is not always available and does not guarantee that we can identify the source of every inquiry.

The checkbox gives your consent to processing your information so we can reply. It does not subscribe you to marketing messages or give permission for analytics or sharing contact details for advertising matching. If you are enquiring about a child, an adult’s contact details are sufficient; please do not provide unnecessary information about the child.

If changing your settings requires a page reload, the browser temporarily saves your unfinished form or submission result in this tab. The copy is removed after it has been restored and is not sent to advertising services.

What Google and Meta measure

Google Analytics 4 helps us assess how the website is used. Google Ads receives a successful inquiry submission event to match it with an advertising interaction. Meta Pixel receives homepage visit and successful inquiry submission events.

These services may receive information about the event, page, time, referral source, browser and device, IP address, and cookie or advertising click identifiers. These identifiers may allow a service to link visits to one another or to an account on that service. This is not anonymous statistical data.

We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses or message text from the form to Google Ads or Meta for advertising matching. Automatic detection of this information in the form is disabled. Google ad personalisation based on data from this website is disabled; standard advertising performance measurement remains possible.

Meta may also use the events it receives for its own advertising and to personalise content, including your feed and Meta AI responses, depending on available features and your settings. Google may also use measurement data to operate and improve its advertising services. Learn more: Google’s use of conversion data and Meta’s privacy policy.

When measurement is active

The website has two modes: one asks for your choice first, and the other has no initial choice panel. In the first mode, analytics and advertising measurement do not load until you give permission. In the mode without an initial panel, they are active by default on the basis of our legitimate interest in assessing website performance and advertising effectiveness. You can opt out at any time.

The mode without an initial panel currently applies when the identified country is Ukraine or when a specific region of the United States is identified. Visitors in all other countries and regions, including those that are unidentified, are asked to choose first. The website hosting service determines the country and region from the network request; this signal may be inaccurate. The page language does not determine the country or your choice.

Opening this policy or closing the settings does not give permission. Your choice is saved in this browser; you may need to choose again on another device. Google Consent Mode controls Google tags, while Meta Pixel has a separate rule for when it runs. TikTok Pixel is not active on this website.

Recipients and retention periods

We use Vercel, Telegram and, when the working log is connected, Google Sheets to deliver and manage inquiries. We use Google and Meta services for measurement. These services may process data outside Ukraine, including in the United States, in accordance with applicable law and their data protection terms. The academy’s advertising services are provided by LLC “Google”; this does not mean that all Google data is stored in Ukraine. Google LLC and its affiliated companies, as well as Meta Platforms Inc, may process data in accordance with their respective roles and policies.

We retain inquiries for as long as they are needed to respond and maintain the relevant relationship with the academy. When they are no longer needed, outdated inquiries should be deleted during reviews of working records. The law may require separate retention periods.

Google Ads uses a 90-day window to match an inquiry with an advertising click. This is not a deadline for deleting all Google data. Retention periods for cookies, analytics records, reports and technical logs differ depending on their purpose and the service settings. Google explains these retention periods separately. Meta’s terms provide for retaining event data for up to two years. Opting out of further measurement does not, by itself, delete data that these services have already received.

How to opt out and make a data request

To stop new measurement in this browser, open the website’s analytics settings and turn analytics off. The form and contact options will remain available.

If you use Meta, also check the setting for “Activity information from other businesses”. This setting concerns the use of such data for personalised advertising and content. It does not delete all previously received data or prevent websites from sending it.

To access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent to processing your inquiry, or object to processing based on legitimate interest, contact the academy at info.velikhanmusicacademy@gmail.com or via Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber. You do not need a Meta account to contact the academy. We may ask for minimal information about your inquiry or visit to locate the relevant records. Do not send passwords or copies of documents unless there is a specific, justified need.

We will review requests concerning data under our control and help identify the recipient if the request relates to information already shared. Because technical identifiers are used, it is not always possible to locate a specific event using only a name or contact details. To contact Meta directly, you can use its privacy request portal. Meta’s policy also gives a postal address you can use without an account: Meta Platforms Inc, ATTN Privacy Operations, 1 Meta Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. For Google data, use the contact and data management options in Google’s privacy policy.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court.
